Test Drives: 1998 BMW 328is Coupe

|
I drove this BMW coupe on a nice summer day in Winnipeg. The car is an amazing sports car for a young driver to enjoy. The coupe seems perfectly balanced and capable of handling any driving situation. The steering is very heavy but welcomed in a sports car such as this. The suspension is sport-tuned and comparable to a 540i. This vehicle was equipped with a nice M-steering wheel, body sills, BBS-wheels, and sport seats. If it were not for the automatic transmission, I probably would have bought this car. Lastly, there were surprisingly few power-operated adjustments such as steering column and front seats. I would prefer a moonroof to a sunroof as well. Overall though, a fabulous sports coupe when equipped with a manual transmission.
